It’s OneWord and it is handy for moving those mental blocks I’m sometimes afflicted with when I want to put something to print.
Well, it has been more than a week without protein in the form of red meat, chicken or fish, and I must say that, whilst I do feel somewhat empty in the stomach, I do feel rather hungry as well. Which sort of goes without saying I guess. But the most important thing is that I feel very centred in my mind. It is as if all the heavy protein products like red meat, chicken and fish, were clogging up my mind and stopping me from thinking properly.
