Bright ideas keep popping into my head

Centred, Clear of Mind, and Hungry

Well, it has been more than a week without protein in the form of red meat, chicken or fish, and I must say that, whilst I do feel somewhat empty in the stomach, I do feel rather hungry as well.  Which sort of goes without saying I guess.  But the most important thing is that I feel very centred in my mind. It is as if all the heavy protein products like red meat, chicken and fish, were clogging up my mind and stopping me from thinking properly.

You should be seated comfortably and safely or laying down to do this exercise and in a position of not having to think about anything else for the next 5, 10 or 15 mintues.

  • To begin, let yourself relax. Let you body relax, and allow you mind. Take a single deep breath in through the nose and let your, shoulders, legs, the muscles in your face, hands and feet go. Let them go limp. There is no need for those muscles to be tensed up. Let them go. You don’t need to try, just let them go.

Gratitude breathing assists with clearning the mind.
